二﹑主要工作成绩：

经过严格正规的基础及临床训练,具有扎实的理论及丰富的临床经验以及熟练的手术技能。对妇科常见病及疑难病的诊治有着丰富的临床经验。师从国内著名妇产科专家郎景和教授，在妇科内镜窥的推广应用以及子宫内膜异位症的诊治方面有着较为突出的贡献。在国内最早开展新的妇科内镜手术技术，在腹腔镜诊治和并发症的防治方面有着丰富的经验。作为全国妇科内镜学组的秘书﹑委员，在全国范围内主持妇科新的手术技术的理论讲演和手术示范，努力推广妇科新的手术技术在我国的应用。同时积极参加国际间的交流合作，每年均多次在国际会议上介绍中国妇科内镜的现状和发展情况，让更多的同道了解中国，同时把国外先进的技术带回国内，为患者服务。取得良好的社会效果。获得多项院医疗成果奖。作为全国子宫内膜异位症诊治中心，在国内率先对严重影响妇女身体健康和生活质量的疾病子宫内膜异位症等进行系统的基础和临床研究，制定子宫内膜异位症诊治规范和手术规范操作教学录像，开展子宫内膜异位症患者教育工作。多次被邀请在国内外作有关妇科内镜和子宫内膜异位症研究的专题演讲或大会发言。参加的国家自然基金支持的重点研究项目“子宫内膜异位症的基础和临床研究“获得2004年度北京市医疗成果一等奖。  

三﹑教学工作

作为中国协和医科大学的教授和博士生导师，承担研究生﹑本科生﹑进修生以及住院医生的教学工作，包括理论授课﹑教学巡诊﹑手术示范﹑科研课题的设计实施以及论文的撰写。已经协助指导3名博士研究生毕业。目前在读的博士生2名，硕士生3名。曾获得优秀教师奖。

Dr Jinhua Leng, born on Oct 16, 1963, graduated from Zhongshan Medical College and got Bachelor degree in 1984 and graduated from Peking Union Medical College and got M. D degree. She has been working in the department of  Obs/ Gyn, Peking Union Medical College Hospital since 1987, and since 2002 she has been the  professor of this deprtment. Her speciality is general gynecology , especially  laparoscopic surgery and management of endometriosis. As one of the earlier practitioner of laparoscopy in mainland China, Dr Leng have had 10 years’ practice in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery and has more experiences in advanced procedures especially severe endometriosis. More than 6,000 laparocopic surgeries including ovarian operations, total laparoscopic hysterectomy, myomectomy, laparoscopic management of endometriosis especially deep infiltrating endometriosis, laparoscopic lymphadectomy, radical hysterectomy for early cervical cancer and laparoscopic staging. She also has experience of laparocopic surgery during pregnancy, laparoscopic reconstruction  and management of laparoscopic complications. About 30 papers associated with laparoscopy were published. In recent 5 years , she has done a lot of clinical and reseach work about endometriosis, more than half of her patients were cases with endometriosis. About 30 lecture presentations regarding laparoscopy or endometriosis or laparoscopic demonstration were given yearly in China  and in abroad. Researches including the pathogenesis of endometriosis and the safety of CO2 peumoperitoneum, supported by the National Nature Science Fund and other 3 nation-level grant are undergoing. Several academic prizes have got about application of gynecologic laparoscopy, experimental and clinical researches of endometriosis. In last 10 years, about 60 papers were published, among which 34 were published as first or corresponding author.
